User experience

All of our websites are designed and built with the most optimal user experience (UX) in mind. When we design the user interface (UI) of your website, we always use structures and elements that perform optimally based on best practices.
Of course, your business is unique, and that also requires a unique approach. Therefore, it is important not to stop when a website is launched, but to then measure how users behave within the website. Where do they make the decision to make a purchase? To use the contact form? Click on a certain link? Etc. And the downside is just as important. Where do people experience problems? When does one drop out?

For us, what is User Experience?

An optimal UX is when a website is structured in such a way that the end-user reaches the goal as easily as possible. E.g. to make a purchase, to contact you, subscribe to a newsletter,... Achieving such goals has a direct influence on the ROI (return on investment) of your website. That is why we also speak of a good UX when the website generates more return - in whatever form (more time, extra turnover, etc.) - than it costs.

UX and CRO go hand in hand

UX is an important part of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

CRO involves suggesting modifications to the Web site that we suspect will improve performance. Then these adjustments are continuously tested and tweaked to optimize website performance. The goal of good UX design is to ensure that a website is intuitive and responsive to the user's needs so that their experience is easy, seamless and enjoyable. From this you can conclude that CRO indicates that something needs to be changed in the current user experience. Research ensures that we know where to start, and understand what changes are best to implement.

UX and Branding also go hand in hand

Once we start with UX (literally: user experience) Branding is Branding obviously an important pillar. How does your brand communicate? Who is your target audience? How can they best be approached? Etc. This determined in the branding process. It goes without saying that UX is a translation of your Brand to your users, in order to create an optimal total experience, both instinctively and analytically, both visually and technically.
